Participants undertake to respect:the instructions given by the facilitators;the equipment provided;other participants and their personal space;the environment in which the activities take place.

To maintain a positive atmosphere and ensure everyone can enjoy the week to the full, a graduated response procedure will be applied in the event of inappropriate behaviour:First incident: Verbal warningThe staff member clearly reminds the young person of the rule that has been broken.Second incident: Contact with parentsA member of staff will contact the parent to inform them of the situation.Third incident: Sent homeThe child must be collected by a parent for the remainder of the day. No refund will be given if the child is sent home.

By registering, the parent acknowledges that they have read these rules and agrees to abide by them in order to ensure a safe, enjoyable and harmonious experience for all participants.
