Format and Levels
Three leagues, ranging from beginner to advanced, are offered:
Games are played in open rotation or in teams, depending on the week’s schedule.
The season lasts 10 to 12 weeks and costs $150 to $180 plus tax, or $15 per night.
Regulations
We follow standard volleyball rules, with a few adjustments to keep the game flowing smoothly and enjoyable.
Sets are played to 25 points.
We aim to play 3 to 4 sets during the 90 minutes.
Net touches, four touches, and other basic violations are called.
Double touches are not called. A spinning pass or an imperfect touch can therefore be played, even when the ball is sent directly over the net.
The goal is to promote continuity, intensity, and enjoyment in the game, rather than constantly interrupting rallies.
Substitute
A player can sign up for our substitute list.
When a spot becomes available, we’ll contact players via text message or email.
Your spot is officially reserved once payment is received.
Substitute fee: $15 + tax.

Yes. A substitute can play by paying $14 by Interac e-Transfer. Let the organizers know so they can adjust the teams.
