OUR CHALLENGES

At Attraction22, our training sessions are never just simple workouts—they always end with a challenge. Why? Because pushing our limits is, above all, about motivation and fun!

Each challenge is designed to focus on action rather than appearance, allowing everyone to progress without pressure—focusing on what they do, rather than how they look.

It’s also the power of the small steps theory: by taking on multiple small challenges, we accumulate victories, build confidence, and, without even realizing it, achieve real results.

One challenge at a time, one victory at a time. That’s how we move forward—together!

ADULT

We don’t train just to move—we train to take on a challenge! Our sessions prepare participants for a grand finale, where they will complete a timed challenge combining strength, endurance, and technique.

Throughout the program, every exercise is a step toward success: participants learn to master different ways to carry a sandbag, a key element of the challenge. The weight of the bag is adjusted to each person's abilities, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace while pushing their limits.

At every session, the goal is simple: become stronger, build endurance, and gain confidence—so that on the final challenge day, they can see the results of all their hard work!
